Sara is a dear, old friend that I’ve known since I moved to Charleston and I never once saw her wear lipstick and heels until we did her bridal portrait this winter. Her wedding to Barnwell was very much like her personality: laid back, sincere, and full of laughter.

I’m lucky enough to live around the corner from Jon Anderson’s yummy spot and nothing is easier than popping by his place at 6pm to pick up short ribs and roasted veggies after a busy day. If you’re in search of a personal chef he’s your man, and he also serves up lunch and a mean brownie if you need some sweets for your Valentine.
